Thank you for choosing our pickleball paddles. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your paddle, please review our return policy below.
General:
Our warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages through improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents. This limited warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States and Canada only. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion of any defect and does not include any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any kind. Normal wear and tear is to be expected with any pickleball paddle, which includes but is not limited to fading of paint, scratches, or anything we deem in our discretion to be commonplace with playing Pickleball. This warranty is subject to change, and the latest version will be available on our website.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your paddle for a refund. The return period expires 30 days after the date the paddle was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, the paddle must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging. The policy is void if the paddle has been altered in any way.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the paddle. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Upon receiving your returned paddle, we will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment or replace the paddle at our discression. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
